Cancellation Policy

I require all clients to give a MINIMUM of a 6 hour notice to cancel appointment, unless a genuine emergency. Rescheduling is possible but I ask for a 24 hour notice. Anymore then 2 Cancellations with no warning will result in a ban from my services, anymore then 3 reschedules I will give up your appointment spot to someone else. You will be able to rebook at a later date with a security deposit, that will go towards the cost of your appointment. If you still continue to habitually reschedule I will ban you with no deposit refund. A no call no show automatically bans you from my services. I am lenient, just do communicate with me!
